Mark Aryanto


Mark has over 15 years project development experience including ten years’ experience working in the Yukon. Mark is the Past President of the Yukon Chamber of Mines and is also a member of the Yukon Minerals Advisory Board to advise the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources on mineral development matters in the Yukon. Previously he was the Vice President Corporate Development for StrataGold Corporation (formerly TSX:SGV). Mark has a BSc from Dalhousie and a MBA from Royal Roads University and has experience in project development, operations, M&A transactions and project evaluation.

Tara Christie, M.Sc., P.Eng

Ms. Christie has over 20 years’ experience in the exploration and mining business. She is currently the President of KECM Services, a Yukon based consulting company, and has been President of privately owned Gimlex Gold Mines Ltd. (2006-2016), one the Yukon's largest placer mining operations. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd since July 2006. Ms. Christie is also a board member of PDAC and was a founding board member of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-Economic Assessment Board (2004-2016). Ms. Christie has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of British Columbia and is a registered professional engineer in BC and Yukon.

David Reid, LL.B

Mr. Reid is a senior partner and Global Co-Chair of Mining with DLA Piper (Canada) LLP with over 30 years of experience in mining and securities law, including over $2 billion in corporate finance and M&A transactions since 2011. Mr. Reid is recognized by Lexpert as a Leading Canadian Lawyer in Global Mining, The Legal 500 Canada (Energy-Mining-Corporate-M&A), and Best Lawyers in Canada in the areas of mining, natural resources law and securities law.  Mr. Reid led a team in connection with a transaction awarded Mining Deal of the Year by Canadian Dealmakers in 2012 and has served on the board of several TSX, NYSE and TSXV resource companies, including Far West Mining Ltd. (acquired in 2011 by Capstone Mining Corp. in a $1.1 billion M&A transaction).

Steve Burleton, M.B.A, CFA

Mr. Burleton has been the Vice-President of Business Development at Richmont Mines Ltd. since February 2015. He has over 18 years of experience in the Canadian investment banking industry having dealt with companies in mining, fertilizers and industrial products. He was formerly the Vice President, Corporate Development for a publicly traded fertilizer producer with operations in Brazil and one of the few junior fertilizer development projects to reach production in recent years. In that role he was responsible for financing, strategic initiatives and investor relations. Previously, Mr. Burleton served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. and at Scotia Capital Inc.  Mr. Burleton is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA from York University.

Jay Collins, P.Eng

Mr. Collins is President of Merit Consultants International, a Division of CementationCanada Inc., a project and construction management company to the global mining industry. Mr. Collins is a professional engineer and has spent over 35 years developing mine projects from the study stage through to commissioning of the surface facilities. Mr. Collins sat on the Board of Directors for Nevada Copper Corp. until December 2013, and for Selwyn Resources until April 2013. Mr. Collins is also the COO of Vincere Resource Group LLC, a private holding company based in Connecticut, NY.
